Online Request to Speak at a Meeting
& Guidelines for Accompanying Documents
Note: Request to Speak forms must be submitted no later than 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all City Council meetings are held over videoconference until further notice. Participants may choose to participate through videoconference or teleconference while speaking to council.
Videoconference: Residents who choose this option need to have a smart device or computer with a microphone to participate via videoconference. If you choose this option, login information to participate via videoconference will be provided to you prior to the meeting.
Teleconference: Residents who choose this option can participate via mobile phone or landline. If you choose this option, a phone number must be provided to participate. You will be called prior to the public comments portion of the agenda and placed in a queue.
Please, submit this form now or present it prior to the meeting to the designated city staff person outside the Council Hearing Room.
ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS (Maps, Plans, Diagrams, Photos, etc.)
Print items: If yes, present documents prior to the meeting to the designated city staff person outside the Council Hearing Room.
Electronic files: To present electronic files, you must complete the form "Review Process for Electronic Files" and submit files by the deadlines below.
The City of Stillwater will review files for viruses or other harmful components. You will be notified by email when files are approved. If not approved, you will have one day to resubmit files. Files will be downloaded on the computer in the Hearing Room on the meeting date.
Monday Meetings: Electronic files must be received the prior Thursday by 5 p.m.
Tuesday Meetings: Electronic files must be received the prior Friday by 5 p.m.
Thursday Meetings: Electronic files must be received the prior Tuesday by 5 p.m.
