In October 2017, the City launched a 40-question survey to gather feedback from the community. The City commissioned ETC Institute, a national marketing research firm, to survey random households by mail and telephone. The purpose of the survey was to gain a general sense of residents’ perception about Stillwater as a community, their opinions about city services and programs and their level of interest in particular infrastructure and neighborhood projects. Question 26 specifically addressed the importance of various capital improvment projects. The graph to the right shows the results.
