Stillwater Residents COVID Impact Assistance Program

Due to COVID-19, many residents have sustained and continue to sustain devastating economic loss. In an effort to make a positive impact in the lives of Stillwater residents, the Stillwater City Council has appropriated funds to provide financial assistance to Stillwater residents experiencing financial hardship as a direct result of COVID-19.

Award Guidelines

Applicants must be a resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma within the city limits. Financial assistance may be provided for utility bills and/or rent payments for the primary residence in Stillwater.

  • Only Stillwater residents are eligible.
  • Up to 6 months of delinquent payments can be awarded.
  • The grant payments may be taxable to the grant recipient.

The grant funds for this program are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program which is managed by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC).
