A 55-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) consisting of independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living, assisted living memory support and skilled nursing components in a 5-story 320,012 square foot building.  

Main building complex includes common, service spaces and a basement area with underground parking.

The community will include a fitness center, walking trails, an arts and crafts studio, coffee shop, bistro, dining venues, library and other amenities.

The 23 cottages are located on the property but not connected to the main building. Two styles of cottages are provided with approximately 1,800 square feet of living space each.
