The City Clerk’s Office is where all bid opportunities begin. Vendors who wish to be added to the City’s list should complete the Vendor Registration form.
The City Clerk’s Office usually opens the bids Wednesdays at 3 p.m. Bid announcements are posted on the City’s website and are published in the Stillwater News Press, the local newspaper of record. Additional notices could be printed in trade publications, if appropriate.

To request a bid tabulation of a specific bid, contact the City Clerk’s Office. Tabulations of bids can be mailed, faxed or emailed upon request.
