Public Hearings

  • b. Received public comment and approved a request from Stillwater Habitat for Humanity for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) and associated Map Amendment to rezone property addressed as 505 E. 18th Avenue, from Light Industrial (IL) to Small Lot Single Family Residential Planned Unit Development (RSS-PUD)

  • c. Received public comment regarding citizen input on proposed 2021 Community Development Block Grant projects and approved selection of the drainage improvement project along 12th Avenue between Duck and Duncan Streets

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / April 29, 2021) – Stillwater City Council and Stillwater Utilities Authority will meet over videoconference for special meetings this Monday, May 3. 

Residents are encouraged to watch virtually, though the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Lewis St. will remain open to the public.
