(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Dec. 17, 2019) – Stillwater City Council, Stillwater Utilities Authority and Stillwater Economic Development Authority met for their regular meetings on Monday, Dec. 16 in the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Stillwater City Council

General Orders

  • f. Accepted the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and Single Audit Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019 (CC-19-203)
  • g. Authorized staff to apply for the FEMA Pre-Disaster Mitigation grant for the Stillwater Creek Basin Master Drainage plan, authorize the City Manager to sign all grant documents, and authorize the use of $125,000 of the allocated funds from the Storm Water Master Drainage Plan project for the City's match (CC-19-199)
  • i. Authorized staff to apply for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds to acquire the property at 1414 S. Western Road and authorize the City Manager to sign all grant documents (CC-19-197)
