(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / July 16, 2019) – Stillwater City Council met for its regular meeting on Monday, July 15 in the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Lewis. St. If you missed yesterday’s meetings, catch up with the highlights below or watch the YouTube replay on the City of Stillwater TV.

City Council

  • Approved request from Comilla Corporation for a Specific Use Permit for a medical marijuana dispensary at property addressed as 1124 E. 6th Avenue in the Commercial General (CG) district (CC-19-108)
  • Approved request from SC Retail Management, LLC, the owners of the Slim Chickens, for a map amendment to rezone a portion of property at 1011 N Boomer Road from Commercial General (CG) to Residential Two-Family and Multi-Family (RTM) district (CC-19-107)
  • Approved request from Grand Lake Mental Health Center, Inc. for a Specific Use Permit for property addressed as 1624 and 1706 N. Cimarron Plaza to establish an outpatient mental health and substance abuse center in the Commercial Shopping (CS) district (CC-19-104)
  • Approved replacement of the 26th Avenue bridge structure utilizing new pipes and increasing the length to allow for a future active transportation path for an estimated cost of $350,000 and engage Keystone Engineering and Gose & Associates for survey and design services (CC-19-98)

The next City Council, SUA and SEDA meetings are scheduled for Monday, Aug. 5 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Lewis. Public Hearings

The July 15 meetings for the Stillwater Utilities Authority and Stillwater Economic Development Authority are canceled.
