What: The Stillwater Police Department will hold a pinning ceremony for its newest promoted officers this Thursday, May 23. Officers receiving promotions include:

Royce Stephens – Promoted from the rank of Lieutenant to the rank of Captain May 9, 2019
-
David Duncan – Promoted from the rank of Sergeant to the rank of Lieutenant May 16, 2019
-
Jeremiah Johnson – Promoted from the rank of Officer to the rank of Sergeant May 23, 2019
When/Where: The ceremony is on Thursday, May 23 and will start at 3 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room at the Stillwater Municipal Building, 723 S. Lewis St.
Media Opportunities: Members of the media are welcome to attend. The ceremony will broadcast live on Suddenlink channel 14, AT&T U-verse channel 99 and via YouTube Live at https://www.youtube.com/c/CityofStillwaterTV/live
