(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / 02-01-2019) — The Stillwater Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing person. 49 year old Teresa Sue Porter was last seen in Stillwater on 12/20/18. Ms. Porter is approximately 5’7” and 150-175 lbs. She has sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. Ms. Porter is homeless and was known to frequent local motels prior to going missing. She was reportedly displaying odd behavior and may be suffering from a mental illness. Anyone with information about Ms. Porter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Stillwater Police Department at
