MEDIA RELEASE
(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Aug. 31, 2017) – City of Stillwater utility customers now have two new ways to pay their utility bill.
Customers can now set up text or email payments through the Paymentus portal on the City of Stillwater website at http://stillwater.org.
To use the text or email methods, access the edit tab under the account window and select your preferred payment method. New customers will need to set up a user account before they can select a payment option and pay their first bill.
Payments are processed by the same system that is used for regular online payments. Customers can either make individual payments or authorize auto pay.
From the Paymentus account screen you can set up or change any payment options, including passwords, card information and auto pay.
Customers who do not wish to pay via Paymentus can still use the traditional forms of payment. Customers have options to pay in person, pay by mail or pay by automated bank draft. Bills can also be paid over the phone at 405.742.8245 using the interactive voice response system.
For questions about ways to pay your utility bill, call Customer Service or email CustomerService@stillwater.org.
