110-18 Administrative Assistant (Operations): Performs administrative and clerical duties for all divisions of the Operations Department. Responsibilities will include development and management of the budget, purchasing and account management, assisting with bid processes, internal and external customer service, and other related duties. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in accounting or business administration is preferred, minimum of three years progressively responsible experience performing administrative and office duties, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must possess a valid driver’s license and applicant must obtain an Oklahoma Notary License within 60 days of hire. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Starting rate: $15.54 - $22.16 per hour plus comprehensive benefits package.
