106-18 Records Management Technician (Police): The City of Stillwater is now hiring a Records Management Technician to perform a wide variety of responsible clerical duties related to the effective maintenance of Police Department records. Position will enter, update and maintain information in the department’s computer database; sort, file, copy and distribute documents; and type, record, and scan a variety of materials. Other duties will include assisting department personnel and the public in person and by phone, providing general information regarding department policies, procedures and regulations, and assisting, occasionally, with prisoner searches. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent supplemented by specialized clerical training, minimum one (1) year of responsible record keeping experience, and a valid driver`s license are required. Starting rate: $14.64 per hour plus comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.
