No Planning Commission business will be discussed or otherwise acted upon at this time. This is not a closed session, and members of the public and press are welcome to attend. Meals will only be provided to the Planning Commission and Staff members.

  4. LAND USE ACTIONS – DISCUSSION AND CONSIDER POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING:
    1. Ramon Aranda d/b/a Wavelengths Hair Salon, (PZ.04.782), SPECIAL USE PERMIT, request review and approval for a special use permit for 336 N. Duncan (also addressed as 303 W. Hall of Fame), zoned RM3 to be used as a hair salon. Sigworth No Engineer
