Sister Cities Council Member

John Mills

Mr. John Mills has served on the Stillwater Sister Cities Council since 1991 and was actively involved with the establishment of the Sister School Program with Stillwater Middle School and Kameoka's Taisei Jr. High School in 1989. He served as co-project director for two trilateral exchanges involving Stillwater, Kameoka, and Jandira, Brazil. Mr. Mills is retired from a career as an educator and principal of the Stillwater Middle School and devotes many hours to volunteer services involving the council, the Lions Club, the community and his church.
