Stillwater's Sister City Program is made up of a group of volunteer Stillwater citizens who are interested in promoting international friendship and goodwill. Leadership for the program is provided by an eleven-member Sister Cities Council appointed by the City Commission. Council members and other volunteers work together to develop a wide range of cultural and educational programs and to pursue other types of activities such as economic development. All citizens of Stillwater are encouraged to work with us as we attempt to make our world a better, friendlier place to live.
