Tatsuya Fukushima

Tatsuya Fukushima is the author/designer of the Stillwater Sister Cities Council Web page. Mr. Fukushima is currently lecturer of Japanese at the OSU Japanese Language Program, and working for a Ph.D. in English with emphasis on linguistics.

Mr. Fukushima claims that Web page designing is nothing but a hobby, but he tends to devote himself fairly deeply to whatever hobby he has. Other "hobbies" include playing guitars and playing tennis. Mr. Fukushima is married to Gek Chiang from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
